Tammy Yee

As a Powell/Worthington native, Tammy knows Central Ohio from the inside out, from the historic streets of Worthington to the growing neighborhoods across Columbus and beyond. She gets to help people find their way home, whether they're buying their very first house, moving up to the next chapter, or relocating to Ohio for the first time.
Tammy brings a builder's eye to every showing. As co-founder of Cooley Construction, a residential remodeling company, she knows what's behind the walls, not just what's on the surface, and she helps clients see a home's real potential (or its real red flags) before they fall in love.
Her background is anything but typical. Before real estate, Tammy spent years in life sciences sales and business management, with deep expertise in proteomics, the science of understanding proteins to advance precision and preventative medicine. That same precision, curiosity, and drive to make complex things clear now shows up in how she guides clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Whether you're searching for your first home, upgrading to fit a growing family, or relocating to a place you'll love, Tammy brings local roots, construction know-how, and genuine care to every step of the process.
